My Testimony
This video is my testimony...what is yours?
God does things within our lives that show us His presence. My life thus far has been a testimony of what God's love, God's grace and God's favor can do. With this video, my desire is to inspire and motivate as many people as I can and say that gratitude is the attitude to have in life! Take time to be grateful for where you are and not be so focused on what's next. When you only focus on what's next, you miss what IS!

Perceptions and Effects of Stress in K-12 Education: A Large, South Central, Urban District Study

Stress Management For Schools

Stress Management For Schools is a simple "how to" workbook designed to help schools and school districts begin to develop and implement stress management and wellness programing for their educators, both faculty and staff, within their educational environment.

This book is a qualitative phenomenological study that examined professional educators’ perceptions of stress, the impact of stress and stress management strategies as they related to factors that impact the stress experienced within the public school system chosen for the study. The results of the study suggest that professional educators, being teachers, counselors and administrators, had similar perceptions regarding the effects of stress in the educational setting, its impact, and the need for stress management programs within the educational realm. Detailed results, conclusions, and implications of the research are discussed.
