How much does it cost to attend the 3-day conference?
Early Bird Postmarked or received by February 1, 2025 $685 Regular Postmarked AFTER February 1, 2025 or received by April 30, 2025 $785 Late Postmarked or received AFTER April 30, 2025 $835 Educator Well-Health, Inc. offers complimentary registration to organizations sending 4 or more attendees: Receive a complimentary registration for every 5th attendee...Pay for 4, get ONE FREE REGISTRATION…Pay for 8, get TWO FREE REGISTRATIONS… Cancellations and Refunds More than 60 days, refund O.K.: A cancellation received in writing by Educator Well-Health, Inc. more than 60 days in advance of the conference will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. Less than 60 days, send a substitute: EWH, Inc. encourages individuals, school districts and organizations to send a substitute for a participant who learns he or she will not be able to attend the conference during the month prior to the scheduled conference. Refunds are not available within 30 days of the start date for each conference. No-show, no refund: Registered and paid participants who do not attend are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to send a substitute from your site. Cancellation by Educator Well-Health, Inc.: EWH, Inc. reserves the right to cancel breakout sessions due to low enrollment. Participants registered for cancelled sessions will be contacted by telephone or e-mail, and may choose an alternate session or receive a full refund. |

Call for Proposals
Submit form here Dear Potential Presenter: If you use successful health and wellness strategies, methods, or best practices that you want to share, we invite you to submit the Presenter Request form. Presenters who can describe or demonstrate innovative uses of health and wellness in their sessions are encouraged to submit proposals. Presentations that focus on practical use in a health and wellness program for workplace settings are especially considered, as well as interactive sessions. We accept one hour presentations from companies who have reserved and paid for a program or magazine advertisement. We also will accept one 1 hour presentation from companies who are not exhibiting but commit to an Organizational Wellness Conference sponsorship of $5,000 or more Exhibitors can submit your presentation(s) using the Exhibitor Link here

We are looking for professionals in the areas of health and wellness, Researchers and Leaders in the fields of health, wellness, as well as Professional Educational Leaders willing to lead in this new paradigm of change to health and wellness. Be prepared before submitting your proposal. Below is a list of questions that may require preparation or research: Benefits for Presenters:

Ad copy and full payment must be received four weeks prior to conference date for Onsite Conference Program and The Organizational Wellness Magazine. If ad space is not available, we will return your payment. See specifications below.

Copy of all TrueType and PostScript Fonts used within the document. All final high resolution scans/images used within the document. They all should be at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch). All scans artwork must be converted to CMYK from RGB. All picture files should be saved in either JPEG, TIFF or EPS formats A 4-color process job consists of the colors CMYK; if you base the colors of your design by Pantone (or other spot) colors, please make sure to convert the colors into process separation.

- Label CD or Zip Disk with Contact Name, Company Name and identify if it is for the On-Site Program or for an Organizational Wellness Magazine Advertisement
- Windows compatible files supplied on Zip (100 MB) or CD-R. Supported design programs are QuarkXpress, Illustrator and Pagemaker. PDF files are acceptable. The resolution must be compatible with SWOP standards (Press optimized) and all fonts must be embedded in the document. When supplying electronic files, all screen and printer fonts, and printouts must be provided.
