Dear Potential Presenter:
If you use successful health and wellness strategies, methods, or best practices that you want to share, we invite you to submit to become a presenter at The Organizational Wellness Conference 2025. Presenters who can describe or demonstrate innovative uses of health and wellness in their sessions are encouraged to submit proposals. Presentations that focus on practical use in a health and wellness program for workplace settings are especially considered, as well as interactive sessions. We accept one hour presentations from companies who have reserved and paid for a program or magazine advertisement. We also will accept one 1 hour presentation from companies who are not exhibiting but commit to an Organizational Wellness Conference sponsorship of $5,000 or more

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for professionals in the areas of health and wellness, Researchers and Leaders in the fields of health, wellness, as well as Professional Educational Leaders willing to lead in this new paradigm of change to health and wellness. Please provide a concise description of the presentation, written from a third-person perspective. Be sure to specify the target audience within the description. Keep in mind that your presentation should be as interactive and experiential as possible. Choose one of the four strands below that your proposal covers, using The Six Management Standards.
Management Standards Approach - The Management Standards approach requires leaders, managers, employees and their representatives to work together to improve certain areas of work, described in the Standards, which will have a positive effect on employee well-being. Under each area there are ‘states to be achieved’, which organizations should work towards. The approach is aimed at the organization rather than individuals, so that a larger number of employees can benefit from any actions taken. Please select the strand your presentation fits within:
